At nCheck, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your use of our VPN and DNS services remains private, secure, and untraceable. This page explains our No-Logs Policy in clear and transparent terms.
We operate a strict no persistent logs policy. We do NOT collect, store, or retain any of the following in persistent storage:
Our VPN service is built using secure tunneling technology based on WireGuard. Minimal technical metadata is temporarily processed in system memory (RAM) to enable secure routing. This information exists only in volatile memory and is automatically discarded; it is never written to disk.
During an active connection, session routing information and network interface states may exist in RAM. This data is not linked to user identity, not retained after the session ends, and not used for tracking.
Our DNS services are designed with privacy in mind. Queries are processed in real time and are not stored in query logs or used for analytics.
We use trusted South African providers, Webway and HostAfrica, with servers located in Cape Town and Johannesburg.
While we do not log activity, we may take action to protect our network in cases of abuse or threats to stability. These actions are based on real-time protection mechanisms and do not rely on stored logs.
We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa. Users maintain all rights to their personal data as defined by law.
In simple terms: We do not store logs of your activity. Your browsing remains private and unrecorded. Our systems are designed to minimize data collection at every level.
